I recently read a book called Change of Heart by Jodi Picoult. It is about a lady called June who's 1st husband is killed in a car crash then years later after getting re-married her 2nd husband and little girl are murdered in their home. At the time of the murder June is heavily pregnant with her child with her second husband. The man charged with murder, Lucius, is sentinced to death and waits 10 years to be put to death but June's child that is still living has a heart default and it is slowly killing her. Lucius then decides to try to donate his heart to the little girl hoping he can save her but it has to be taken to court to get a juges approval. But will his lawyer win the case? Will June accept the heart? But the biggest question that is brought up has to be answered.......did Lucius actually kill June's second husband and 1st child???
