First Term at Malory Towers by Enid Blyton

This book is about a girl called Darrell who is looking forward to going to her new boarding school; the great Malory Towers!! At first she is desperate to be friends with the biggest troublemaker in her year, Alicia.
But as the story goes on she is finding that Alicia is a bit hard and sharp tongued so she tries to find another friend: the quiet Sally Hope. She is not the nicest person to begin with but as the story goes on they unravel her stories and she ends up being the best friend of Darrell! The Malory Towers girls are more mischievous than imaginable!!!!

I really like this book because it has very good detail and you begin to learn the characters’ personalities by heart. The book is hard to put down after you have read the first chapter. I would highly recommend this book!
