The first book of the CHERUB series is The Recruit so if you want to read the series this would be the one to start at. There are 12 books in the series these are 'The Recruit', 'Class A', 'Maximum Security', 'The Killing', 'Divine Madness', 'Man vs. Beast', 'The Fall', 'Mad Dogs', 'The Sleepwalker', 'The General', 'Brigands MC' and 'Shadow Wave'.The CHERUB series is about kid spies who have been recruited by agents that are under cover. The only people who are recruited are kids with parents who are dead - as if they were still alive they would be taken away from their family. The main characters are James Choke and his little sister Lauren Onions who are sent to Nebraska house after their mum died. James is sent to CHERUB whereas Lauren has been taken away from her brother to live with her dad. Later after Lauren's dad gets sent to jail Lauren joins CHERUB with her brother. Read the book and follow James and Lauren’s adventures with their friends Kerry, Bethany, Kyle, Bruce an others as their CHERUB careers become more exciting and dangerous.
