The Masque of the Red Death by Bethany Griffin

Inspired by Poe’s short story, “The Masque of the Red Death” tells of a devastating plague which has decimated the population. As the city crumbles around them, the survivors are terrified of catching the plague.

Araby Worth tries to forget it all with nights in the Debauchery Club, beautiful dresses, glittery makeup . . . and finds Will, the handsome owner of the club, and Elliott, the wickedly smart aristocrat. They are not what they seem and are hiding secrets. Araby finds not just something to live for, but something to fight for—no matter what it costs her.
This book is excellent! It is one of my favourite books and I would recommend it to everyone. It puts a great twist on the plague. Stunning and dramatic.
