My Story: The Diary of Anne Frank

What is it about?
Anne Frank is about a girl in the Second World War who writes a diary. It explains what life was like being Jewish in the war. They are hiding out in an attic somewhere in Germany so they don’t get killed. The Jews were so badly treated back in the 1940’s as they were put in concentration camps and were forced to work. Hitler did this purely because he didn’t like the Jewish faith.

Why you should read this book?
Everyone should read it because it’s good if you want to learn about the war and conditions in the war. It also shows how brave people were and how they wouldn’t let Hitler kill them.
