This is about a young boy named Jim
who’s family owns a hotel. The hotel is visited by an old seaman named Billy
Bones. Billy is visited by ‘old friends’
and when one of his visits turns violent, he suffers from a stroke. The
seaman’s beloved treasure chest is then raided by his ‘old friends’ but they
are disappointed to find that the item they are looking for is not there. Jim
searches Billy’s body finding a strange oilskin packet. He takes it to the
village doctor, Dr. Livesy.They discover it is
a map of ‘Flint’s treasure’ and immediately decide to commission a
sailing vessel in a search for the
treasure. Jim and the doctor complile a crew but someone wants the treasure for
himself...
