Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K.Rowling

This story is about a wizard called Harry Potter, who along with his friends Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley attempts to defeat the evil Lord Voldemort. In order to destroy the Lord the trio must destroy each and everyone of his horcruxes. A horcrux is an object in which a wizard may hide part of their soul after splitting it. If an evil wizard’s horcruxes are not destroyed then they will remain immortal.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is the final chapter of the phenomenon that is the Harry Potter series. It finds the famous trio facing their greatest foe without the best wizard in the World, Albus Dumbledore. After he died to retrieve the R.A.B Locket, Harry discovers the truth about his headmaster’s dramatic death. This book sees the three hunting down the remaining Horcruxes; Nagini, The Real Slytherin Locket, The Hufflepuff Cup, The Ravenclaw Diadem and Gryffindor’s Greatest Treasure. Each are protected by challenges that will take the trio to their limits. As well as the Horcruxes the trio have an even greater challenge keeping their friends alive. Anyone that knows Harry Potter is in danger from The Dark Lord, Lord Voldemort. The final battle, the wizarding world’s greatest fear, who will survive in this last epic journey for Harry Potter.

My personal view is that it is the best book ever written. There are twists and turns as you turn every page, countless beloved characters give their life for the greater good and all combined together makes the greatest combination of words ever created! I think it is a must read!
