Monday's Child by Louise Bagshawe

This book is about a 32 year old women called Anna Brown who thinks that she is ugly and plain.
She lives in a flat with Janet and Lilly who are both models. One day she meets a billionaire called Charles and they get married but she’s not sure if she really loves him. She struggles with her boss Kitty as sometimes “if you don’t have the right look then talent just isn’t enough…”

I liked this book because it is really funny and set in London, which is a really interesting city. I also like this book because Anna feels strongly that women can have a career as well as men, which I completely agree with! Although this book was aimed at older readers, I think anyone would enjoy it.
